Our Process

To ensure a successful implementation of the iDEaaS™ platform, the Invent® team of experts follows a well-defined process that clearly outlines roles, responsibilities, expected deliverables, and a rapid solution development methodology that consists of the following distinct project phases:

Diagnostics
The Invent® team will assess your firm’s current state, customer pain points, and desired business and user goals. We will review your current business/technical architecture, and business flows, to help guide your future state initiatives.

Analysis
The Invent® team will gather and analyze your business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements and design standards. We will facilitate user workshops to help validate the right market fit for your future state.

Design
The Invent® team will use the design thinking process to collaborate with key stakeholders and personas to create the best system design and overall user experience

Implementation
We start configuring your firms cloud environment(s), implementing customizations of the Invent® UI SDK kit and your requirements in your lower enviorments.

Deployment
The project code will be deployed in the dedicated environments; our team will perform end-to-end testing and verification of the implemented functionality against the acceptance criteria defined in the Analysis phase.

Operations
We will transition the solution to operational support or your production support team. Upon completion of go-live support activities, our team will proceed with final sign-off activities to ensure your desired future state was acheived.
